Why Enola matters during Thessaloniki Pride
Long before Thessaloniki hosted EuroPride, Enola Club was already beating the drum for equality. The very first Pride-planning meeting (winter 2011) took place in Enola’s upstairs lounge, convened by George Lazaridis and George Tsitsiridis—both now recognised as co-founders of Thessaloniki Pride. In 2025 the venue remains an official supporter of the festival, hosting a five-night takeover that blends drag royalty, dance showcases and a rainbow-lit K-pop finale.

Sunday 15 June – Drag Show by Freya
Kick-off Pride Week with Athens darling Freya, fresh from her “Mykonos After Midnight” tour. Expect powerhouse vocals and a lip-sync finale to Dua Lipa’s Houdini.
Thursday 19 June – Antivirus × Checkpoint Night
Enola partners with Athens Checkpoint to offer free rapid HIV/STI testing in the courtyard 20:00-23:00. Inside, Holly Grace turns the lecture into pure cabaret, while bartenders mix the signature Checkpoint Cooler (vodka-hibiscus-lime). Donations go straight to the mobile clinic.
Friday 20 June – Unzipped Nights
A body-positive playground: resident DJ Elena Sane spins disco-house, drag star Fatality rips through a Gaga medley, and acrobatic duo Giancarlo & Mirko perform an LED hoop routine on the bar.
Saturday 21 June – Unzipped Nights XXL (Official After-Party)
Straight from the parade stage, Helena Hudson sashays into Enola for a midnight “Queen of the North” set. Capacity hits 600; buy tickets in advance or flash your Pride wristband for fast-track entry.
Sunday 22 June – K-Pop Party
Close the week with bubblegum choreography, random dance challenges and a midnight Dynamite flash-mob. Dress code: pastel streetwear.
